Purpose of Position:
Provides support and proactive engagement in all projects requiring data analysis in the Construction & Design department. Responsible to help drive a projects from start to finish by coordinating information in both internal and external communication.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Prepare data analysis for new projects, determining resource allocation, deliverable timelines and possible issues.
• Provide support by handling paperwork including some of the operational aspects of a project and assisting Project Team in streamlining the overall workflow to keep the project on schedule.
• Maintain product receivables such as accepting and processing bills of lading, tracking logs and purchase contracts.
• Identify roadblocks and propose process improvements for performance optimization.
• Maintains project assets, communications, including RFI and Submittal databases.
• Assists with gathering information and documentation for weekly CBOD and Tribal Council meetings.
• Conducts project site visits and notifies the Construction & Design Team when project anomalies are discovered.
• Create and manage documentation and field reports for projects including scanning and creating electronic files.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Six months of experience in project management or data analysis using software programs to process data and interpret results through critical thinking.
• Must have strong organizational, time management, multitasking, written and verbal communication skills.
