Purpose of Position:
Ensure that the highest standards of guest services are consistently maintained throughout the Casino. Maintain a high level of communication among all casino departments.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to department managers, supervisors and Team Members in the daily operations of the property to sustain efficient operations and coordination of activities consistent in each shift.
  • Address guest issues and disputes as necessary.
  • Foster collaboration and meet regularly with management personnel.
  • Report, investigate and respond to any issues that adversely affect normal business operations.
  • Respond to, investigate and, in the absence of Executive Management, render final determination in response to guest and/or Team Member disputes.
  • Conduct a walk through during shift in order to report items that need attention and engage in follow up with responsible departments.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure a high level of execution of all special events.
  • Take charge of and ensure adherence to emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Gaming Compliance, Surveillance, TMPD and other law enforcement agencies.
  • Review, investigate and address Compliance Violation and Concern reports with management when necessary and as directed by Executive Management.
  • Assist departmental management in ensuring adherence to the Casino’s Policies and Procedures and departmental guidelines.
  • Report any areas of concern regarding adequacy of compliance with regulations and/or operational deficiencies.
  • Prepare daily shift reports on casino activities.
  • Promote compliance with Executive Management directives while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • In conjunction with Senior Manager on Duty, lead, deploy, analyze and report results of guest engagement program.
  • Recommend changes that enhance guest satisfaction/engagement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Eduction / Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required, unless otherwise waived by Executive Management.
  • Requires five (5) years of progressive managerial experience at a casino, guest service oriented experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, guest service, leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills required.
Must be able to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
