Position Summary:
Under general direction from the Security Administrative Manager, provides safe, reliable, courteous, and efficient transport of Team Members to and from the Team Member’s parking lot to the Team Member entrance in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attends and participates in all security briefings and staff meetings.
- Transport Team Members to and from Team Member parking lot and TMCR as directed safely, timely and efficiently.
- Assists Team Members as needed.
- Adheres to daily schedules for transportation service; provides input to service plans to ensure efficient and safe services; responds to all requests for service and transportation.
- Communicates via radio with security and supervisor utilizing proper codes.
- Inspects vehicles before driving to include: gas, oil, water, and brake and transmission levels, to ensure safety of operation.
- Performs routine safety checks on vehicles to include: operable brake lights, turn signals, tire pressure, first aid kit, and emergency road kit.
- Checks the condition on all operating parts of vehicles, to include: tires, lights, brakes, windshield wipers, etc.
- Arranges for vehicle repairs as needed.
- Maintains accurate documentation related to mileage, consumption of gas, oil, and other service related products.
- Prepares vehicle reports as required.
- Maintains vehicle cleanliness by washing and cleaning as needed.
- Participates in training programs as required.
- Adheres to all casino policy and procedures regarding safety, security, and transportation.
- Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
- Transport Team Members and materials to and from Tribal Government offices.
- Comply with all posted speed limit regulations and vehicle operation safety rules.
- Maintain a teamwork mentality to ensure efficient operation and a professional appearance and polite demeanor at all times.
- Assure excellent customer service, friendly and professional manner at all times. Greets each Team Member as they arrive with enthusiasm and a smile.
- Participate and support all guest service training programs, which is designed to produce advocates for Table Mountain Casino Resort.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (available for morning, mid, evening, and night shifts, weekends/holidays as required).
- Follows applicable TMCR company policies and procedures including Security Operations policies & procedures.
- Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
- Performs other duties as required.

Access to Sensitive Areas: Casino Storage areas, email access and all sensitive areas when accompanied with authorization.
Signatory Authority: None.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required unless waived by Human Resources Management. Current Class B California Driver’s Licence with passenger endorsement is required. Bus driving experience preferred. Clean driving record acceptable to Table Mountain Casino Resort’s insurer is required. Previous hospitality and guest experience preferred. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and applicable safety practices.
- Knowledge of rules of the road and road signage.
- Knowledge of California driver and passenger service regulations.
- Ability to interact and maintain good working relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to drive safely and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict time lines.
- Ability to work extended hours and various work schedules.
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools in performing minor maintenance on assigned vehicles.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee may need to physically restrain individual(s) during physical disturbances.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be exposed to cigarette smoke. The work environment is noisy and the employee will work indoors and outdoors. Work performed in areas with temperatures in excess of 115° and as cold as 15° (exposed to all weather conditions).
