Purpose of Position:

Responsible for leading the host team through managing day to day operations within the group, including scheduling, reviews, and strategy. Responsible for enhancing the growth of gaming revenue through development of the highest valued player base by building relationships and overseeing development. . This will be achieved through interaction with targeted players on casino floor, planning special events and promotions, as well as through ensuring timely telemarketing and record-keeping.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Serve as conduit of information from upper management to the host team, managing reporting and day to day management.

• Promote the Casino gaming experience to high-valued players while ensuring highest quality theoretical attendance and maximum ROI.

• Determine targeting strategy in coordination with management

• Develop and maintain methods for tracking contact with hosted players

• Responsible for ensuring the team continues to market to pre-determine active and inactive guests by mail and phone to further develop brand loyalty and visitation to the casino and report results of each.

• Maintain relationships and market targeted guests through ensuring personal contact in order to generate incremental revenue.

• Evaluate, issue, and track team guest complimentary services in accordance with the established guidelines for level of play.

• Track and prepare reports for the Management on specific players and/or groups of players.

• Must be knowledgeable of and be able to explain all games offered at Table Mountain Casino including table games, slot and video reel machines.

• Collaborate with Management and support departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Coach and develop team members within hosting group.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred, unless otherwise waived by Executive Management.

• Five (5) years of Casino Host or Guest Service experience required.

• Excellent interpersonal, guest service, leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills are required.
