Perform cash and cash-equivalent transactions. Assist in the tracking of cash movement as well as the person(s) conducting the transaction(s).

Responsibilities:
- Process cash redemptions, cash-equivalents, exchanges, cash-access transactions, jackpot payouts, Table Games fills and credits, Voucher Redemption Terminal drops, fills and maintenance.
- Issue and drop employee banks.
- Control, safeguard, reconcile, verify and report assigned Cage inventory and assets.
- Adhere to governmental regulations, Casino-wide and Cage policies, procedures and processes.
- Sell tickets, gift certificates, etc., as required.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of assigned areas and alert management of any hazards throughout the Cage and the Casino.
- Provide prompt, courteous guest service to both internal and external guests at all times, following guest service standards.
- Provide information to guests regarding Casino locations, events, promotions, activities and offerings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by Human Resources Management.
- Minimum one (1) year of cash handling experience required. Bank Teller experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, guest service, attention-to-detail and problem-solving skills.
